The annual British Insurance Brokers’ Association (BIBA) Conference 2026 took place at the Manchester Central Convention Complex during 13th and 14th May.   The BIBA Conference is one of the highlights of the insurance industry’s annual calendar, attracting thousands of delegates from across all types of brokers to meet the experts and influencers within the market.

Myself and Mandy Kisbee (Commercial Director) went along to the conference to learn more about the opportunities and challenges that face the industry, as well and taking the opportunity to meet face-to-face presenters, insurance experts and fellow brokers.

Like every industry, insurance has gone through significant changes over the past years, and there’s further changes expected particularly with the increase in AI and other technologies going forward.

An interesting and informative time was had by all who took part in this key event.
