Congratulations to Sarah Willis, our Senior Administrator, who celebrated 10 years’ working for Insurewise in June 2020.
Most clients have worked directly, or indirectly, with Sarah as she deals with the administration of new business, mid-term adjustments, payments and claims handling.
Sarah joined Insurewise on the 14th June 2010. Over the years, she has seen many changes across the industry and the company’s growing client base.
Sarah said “I really enjoy working for Insurewise. The team I work with are really great and we have some lovely clients who, over time, you get to know well.
“When I first joined Insurewise 10 years ago, there were more paper-based transactions and documents were posted to clients and insurance companies. Nowadays, most of our business is undertaken electronically via email and online platforms making it easier and better for clients to get the cover they want. With our website portal, clients can also access their documents via the internet wherever they are in the world, which makes it easier to manage their paperwork in one place.”
“Technology has played a key part in developing my skills and knowledge of the market and it has certainly come to the forefront over the recent past working remotely from home but still having easy access to insurance quotes online, accessing clients’ paperwork and keeping in touch with the team in our “virtual office” meetings.”
Sarah received a Go Outdoors gift voucher and a bottle of bubbly to celebrate her 10th anniversary from MD, Neil McCulloch.
